Rates are per unit per night (2-4 persons), with a minimum stay of 2 consecutive nights. Bed linen and towels are included in the basic amenities and are included in the price. Additionally, a final cleaning fee and tourist tax will be charged. There is an additional charge of Euro 30.00 per night for each additional person. For exclusive use of the apartment, please contact us for pricing!

Children up to 2 years old stay free at Residence Rösch.

Check-in: from 3 PM - Please inform us of your estimated arrival time in advance.

Check-out: by 10 AM.

Our breakfast buffet is served daily from 8-10 AM on our terrace or in the breakfast room.

We charge €50 for the final cleaning. Please note that apartments are not cleaned daily. If you require additional cleaning, please contact us in advance. We are also happy to change towels for a small fee.

We provide a feeding bowl and a dog blanket for your pet and charge €10 per day.

A reservation is only valid upon receipt of a transfer amounting to 40% of the total sum. Payment can be made on-site in cash or by credit card, EC card, or debit card. You are also welcome to settle the total invoice via bank transfer. Alternatively, we recommend using our booking tool with credit card payment.

The local tax is €2.80 per person per day (children under 14 years are exempted).

We kindly ask you to smoke only in designated outdoor areas. All our apartments are equipped with air conditioning; nevertheless, we encourage sustainable usage and avoiding unnecessary energy consumption.

No cancellation fees apply up to 14 days before arrival. From 13 days before arrival, we charge 50% of the total stay, and in case of cancellation within 7 days before arrival, we regretfully withhold 100% of the total stay. Subject to change.
