Anyone familiar with our #philosophy and commitment to sustainability knows that we are not a run-of-the-mill establishment offering hundreds of inclusive services. For us, #quality definitely comes before quantity – and our guests appreciate this. At Residence Rösch, you still get (almost) everything your holiday heart desires, and what’s even more important: always with a personal touch.
Parking
We offer convenient parking (€13/day) right in the centre of Meran, directly by the apartments.

Our lovingly prepared breakfast with quality products and homemade items is sure to impress.
Car
In our indoor and outdoor areas, located in the heart of the city, you'll find two electric vehicle charging stations where you can charge your electric vehicles free of charge.
In the Apartment
Enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi, a safe, mineral water, a welcome folder, and a shopping bag.
Cleaning
Upon request, additional interim cleaning is available (€25). Fresh towels can be provided for €5-10.

Your host, Thomas, is always available to provide personal tips and recommendations.
Sports Equipment
An E-bike charging station and E-bike rental (from €30/day) are available through our partner. Additionally, discounted rates are offered for ski and bicycle rentals.
Baby Cot
For babies and toddlers, we offer a cot and changing mat for complimentary use. Additionally, two high chairs are available in the breakfast room.
On Request
We are happy to launder your clothes or prepare a South Tyrolean lunch package for your excursion.
